Earliest Memory - Adopted Imprint Moment

A reflective and emotionally rich exploration of memory, “Earliest Memory – Adopted Imprint Moment” traces the author’s first remembered experience of belonging—being a small child sitting between two new adoptive parents in the warm glow of a desert sunset. Blending cosmic imagination with personal truth, the post begins with a whimsical vision of pre-life choice and flows into a deeply human recollection of adoption, identity, and love. Through vivid sensory detail and spiritual questioning, it examines how early moments shape our sense of self, connection, and purpose—culminating in a tender meditation on family, forgiveness, and the universal longing to simply be together.
